Academy Training Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any Dramatix Academy course.
- Any remaining balance can be paid in person or online before the start of your training day.
- All payments (deposit and balance) are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may request to reschedule your training date by giving at least 5 full days’ notice before your course start date, subject to availability.
- If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 5 full days’ notice, you will lose your deposit and any payments made.
- Where at least 5 full days’ notice is given, any payments made can be held as credit on your Dramatix Studio account and used towards a future course within 6 months.

No Cash Refunds
- Dramatix Studio does not offer cash refunds on any Academy course payments under any circumstances.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used towards Dramatix Studio services or training, as agreed.

Student Responsibilities
- It is your responsibility to attend on time and on the correct date agreed.
- You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or circumstances that may affect your ability to take part in training.
- By booking and paying for a course, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
